What you will do

• Define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap for the Storm propulsion system.
• Serve as the primary owner of the system architecture, ensuring integration across propulsion, structures, and avionics.
• Provide mentorship and technical oversight to foster a culture of rigor and accountability.
• Manage system-level technical risks and lead critical design and readiness reviews.
• Represent the technical capabilities of the Storm program to partners and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in propulsion, systems, or aerospace engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in liquid rocket engine development, including production/industrialization.
• Deep understanding of cryogenic propulsion systems, design, integration, and testing.
• Proven track record of delivering complex aerospace systems from concept to flight.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience collaborating with European space agencies and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
