Security Engineer - Blue Teamer (Web3)

TL;DR

Security Engineer - Blue Teamer (Cybersecurity): Monitoring and implementing internal security infrastructure for Trezor with an accent on log management, endpoint hardening, and internal tool integration. Focus on responding to alerts, conducting security reviews of internal applications, and overseeing MDM security settings.

Location: Hybrid in Prague, Czech Republic (on-site presence at least twice a week)

What you will do

• Manage log systems, define monitoring strategies, and investigate security alerts.
• Implement and integrate security tools for access management and alerting.
• Conduct security reviews of internal applications to ensure secure implementation.
• Oversee endpoint security hardening, including MDM settings and antivirus programs.
• Collaborate with IT administrators to strengthen internal security posture.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a security role.
• Proven coding experience for writing and reviewing applications.
• Proficiency with Linux, Git, GitHub, and Python.
• English proficiency is required; Czech is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Prague office at least twice a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Slack apps, Graylog, Jenkins, Jamf Pro, Wazuh, Nessus, or Suricata.
