Sr. Systems Engineer (Medtech): Developing and integrating cardiac ablation systems into hospital environments with an accent on interface testing and systems engineering principles. Salary: $110,400 - $165,600

What you will do

• Conduct interface testing within the system and provide commercial support.
• Integrate systems into Electrophysiology cath lab hospital environments.
• Develop integration, characterization, and troubleshooting testing and guidance documents.
• Collaborate on cross-functional development teams to apply systems engineering principles.
• Provide technical support to marketing, field engineering, and training departments.
• Propose and implement changes to improve overall systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, Master's with 2+, or a PhD.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship is only offered for Principal-level roles and above).
• Experience in systems engineering, specifically defining architecture for medical device product development.
• Knowledge and application of Design Controls for medical devices.
• Ability to create strategies and influence cross-functional teams.

• Advanced understanding of Electrophysiology.
• Comfort and experience working in hospital environments.
