What you will do
- Own and execute the global bank relationship portfolio across G-SIBs and regional banks.
- Serve as the primary institutional face of OKX to global banks and the voice of banking partners internally.
- Provide strategic intelligence to the C-Suite and Founder regarding counterparty risk, risk appetite, and partnership readiness.
- Bridge cultural and operational gaps between traditional banking compliance and crypto exchange dynamics to unblock issues.
- Coordinate strategic banking and commercial workstreams in collaboration with product and regional teams.
Requirements
- 15–20 years of experience within a tier-1 global bank.
- Deep expertise in Transaction/Commercial Banking, FIG, Prime Brokerage, or Institutional Crypto Banking.
- Advanced understanding of bank KYC, onboarding committee decision-making, and counterparty credit treatment.
- Proven track record of building credibility and fluency across both Crypto and TradFi sectors.
- Executive presence with the ability to manage communication across UK, US East Coast, and Singapore time zones.
- Must possess the current right to work in Singapore.
