Master Planner

TL;DR

Master Planner: Providing planning and scheduling support for complex programs with an accent on cradle-to-grave Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development. Focus on utilizing Deltek Open Plan, Critical Path Methodology, and Earned Value Management to ensure mission requirements and delivery timelines are met.

Location: Must be based in Marietta, GA (Onsite role)

Salary: $70.00 - $130.00 Hourly

What you will do

• Develop and maintain components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule.
• Support proposal schedule development and review Statements of Work.
• Advise Program Management on contractual impacts and critical events.
• Ensure cross-coordination between Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Prepare status reports, metrics, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Apply Critical Path Methodology to schedule network development and analysis.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Milestones Professional.
• Experience with cradle-to-grave IMS development.
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Methodology.

Nice to have

• Experience working independently across technical teams.
• Knowledge of Capture, Research & Development, and Production Scheduling.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
