What you will do

• Plan, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level AWS and Alibaba Cloud infrastructure.
• Design highly available, auto-scaling cloud architectures and optimize network and compute resources.
• Implement full-stack monitoring and lead critical incident response and root cause analysis.
• Execute cost optimization strategies including reserved instances and storage lifecycle policies.
• Enforce cloud security baselines, IAM policies, and conduct regular security audits.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide cloud-native solutions and lead internal technical training.

Requirements

• Must have current right to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years of operations experience, with at least 3 years focused on public cloud (AWS/Alibaba Cloud) managing 100+ instances.
• Mastery of core cloud services (compute, storage, network, security) on AWS or Alibaba Cloud.
• Proficiency in Linux/Windows system operations and automation tools like Shell, Python, or Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with containerized operations (Kubernetes, EKS, ACK) and cloud-native technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related fields.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-cloud management platforms or FinOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud security practices including WAF and DDoS protection.
• Exposure to big data or AI operations (e.g., MaxCompute, EMR).
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACE certifications.
• Prior team leadership experience.
