What you will do

• Own the end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact to final decision.
• Coordinate and schedule complex interviews across multiple time zones and calendars.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate needs and streamline workflows.
• Create structure and processes in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Drive projects to scale recruiting operations as the team grows.
• Manage administrative logistics and ad-hoc recruiting support with high accuracy.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a high-growth environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or New York City.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Ashby preferred).
• Ability to operate independently and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
