What you will do

• Manage a large volume of intern candidates and facilitate their conversion into full-time roles.
• Plan and attend university outreach events at top-tier institutions.
• Screen applicants and source passive candidates through non-standard recruiting methods.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leaders to identify and interview top talent.
• Execute the offer process for selected candidates.
• Maintain a high degree of autonomy while working within a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of recruiting experience, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to distinguish between top 50% and top 5% of talent.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and event execution.
• Must be available to work onsite in Bastrop, TX.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time and work extended hours/weekends as needed.
