What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of GTM Talent Partners in Europe, setting standards for sales and GTM hiring.
• Partner with European GTM leadership to define role scoping, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for markets including Stockholm, London, Madrid, Paris, Munich, and Milan.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes to maintain a high bar for quality and pace.
• Ensure a high-standard candidate experience from the first conversation through to the offer.
• Collaborate with the Director of GTM Recruiting on language requirements and market-specific sourcing.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience managing GTM or sales recruiters at a high-growth, VC-backed company.
• Deep understanding of the European GTM talent landscape across Nordics, DACH, and Southern Europe.
• Ability to hold credible conversations with revenue leaders regarding success profiles and talent density.
• Experience hiring across several European markets.
• Structured, data-driven approach to running searches and reporting pipeline data.
• Location: Must be based in Stockholm for on-site work.
