What you will do
- Design and implement customer-facing integrations for diverse asset types into core data pipelines.
- Develop and maintain microservices using Java, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Build end-to-end ETL workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment from sources like FIX, CSV, and JSON.
- Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to plan data integrations and insights generation.
- Address complex challenges including data duplication, schema versioning, high availability, and data governance.
- Utilize AI agents for coding tasks while adhering to organizational architectural standards.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Sciences.
- 3+ years of experience with Java as a software engineer.
- 5+ years in data engineering and pipeline development in high-volume, low-latency production environments.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies including Apache Airflow, Kubernetes, Clickhouse, Snowflake, Redis, and Kafka.
- Strong expertise in SQL, query optimization, and working with relational, non-relational, and time-series databases.
- Experience with monitoring systems like Prometheus and Grafana.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or trading industries.
- Familiarity with FIX protocol and market data.
