Responsibilities:

🟥Independently develop concepts and write technical briefs for various channels, generate new ideas and hypotheses
🟥Interpret key business indicators and make informed conclusions regarding product performance
🟥Test and adapt hypotheses for UA creatives, continuously study the target audience
🟥Analyze advertising campaigns with a focus on key performance metrics (CTR, IR, IPM, CPI, ROAS) to identify and scale effective strategies
🟥Perform systematic competitor research
🟥Collaborate with Motion Designers, Producers, and UA Managers to achieve KPIs
🟥Track trends and analyze the visual aspects of the market via Sensor Tower / App Annie

Requirements:

💦2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role in the gamedev industry
💦Experience with major sources in paid social and advertising networks
💦Project management skills and advanced communication abilities
💦Strong multitasking and time management skills in a rapidly changing environment
💦Analytics experience
💦Playable ads experience
💦Ability to analyze statistical data, articulate risks, and set priorities correctly
