What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of 6 professionals in trade and documentation operations.
• Ensure end-to-end shipment documentation is delivered on time and in full for all transport modes.
• Manage customs administration, reporting, and maintain necessary licenses and authorizations.
• Oversee regulated documentation including sanitary certificates and veterinary relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation projects to enhance process robustness.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting to ensure trade accuracy and correct invoicing.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain.
• Solid experience in an international logistics or trade environment.
• Strong knowledge of international documentation for road, sea, and air shipments.
• Fluent in English, with at least a basic level of Dutch and French.
• Experience with customs and trade compliance is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Groot-Bijgaarden.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in leading a team.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Specialization in customs regulations.
