What you will do

• Lead user research initiatives to identify target segments and deeply understand customer needs.
• Shape the value proposition across products to redefine the category using a "jobs to be done" approach.
• Act as the primary connector between product/BU teams and marketing to influence the roadmap and launch cadence.
• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for all Proton products, aligned with growth goals and ecosystem development.
• Lead and manage marketing teams through execution, troubleshooting cross-functional problems decisively.
• Drive Proton's values within the marketing organization and evangelize initiatives across the company.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of product marketing experience in B2C tech, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or online privacy.
• Ability to translate complex technical products into simple, human-centric messaging.
• Deep experience managing growth-driving campaigns from awareness to monetization.
• Proven track record of successful product launches in fast-paced environments.
• Preference for earned-first marketing over conventional advertising, focusing on community and advocacy.
• Must be based in Paris, Geneva, or London.
