Location: Must be based in or able to work from Paris, France (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a collaborative squad of 4 software engineers.
  • Design robust software architectures and make critical technical decisions.
  • Write code and implement solutions alongside the team to solve complex challenges.
  • Simplify technical structures to improve maintainability and reliability.
  • Partner with product management to align technical strategy with business goals.
  • Take ownership of planning and delivering complex technical products.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (French is a strong asset).
  • Extensive hands-on experience in software development with significant expertise in C#.
  • Prior experience mentoring or managing small teams as a Team Lead or Manager.
  • Strong architectural thinking and ability to evaluate technical trade-offs.
  • Must be able to work from the Paris office for the final round and hybrid collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Java if willing to evolve into a Microsoft environment.
  • Strong command of French.
