What you will do

• Partner with GTM leaders to define talent strategy, org design, and hiring priorities.
• Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for critical GTM roles including Sales, Field Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Proactively source, engage, and close exceptional talent through networking and relationship building.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, providing market intelligence and data-driven insights.
• Continuously improve interview design, hiring rigor, and selection processes.
• Build scalable recruiting programs and best practices to support rapid company growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth technology companies.
• Proven track record of hiring GTM talent across Sales, Field Engineering, and Revenue Operations.
• Ability to operate as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Strong operational rigor and experience managing multiple high-priority searches.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Must be based in Singapore or able to work from the Singapore office.
