What you will do

• Design and implement internal platform capabilities to make AI services easier to build, ship, observe, and operate.
• Build self-service workflows, reusable abstractions, and "golden paths" to enhance developer productivity.
• Define and operationalize service health indicators (SLIs/SLOs) and reliability metrics to guide engineering tradeoffs.
• Optimize CI/CD systems and release pipelines to ensure safer, faster, and more repeatable shipping.
• Troubleshoot AI model-serving issues across various GPU platforms, frameworks, and runtimes.
• Integrate and evolve AI-assisted engineering tools for automated code review, bug detection, and regression analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Developer Experience supporting production systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience operating cloud-based production systems in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Deep understanding of containerized environments and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).
• Strong expertise in observability practices, including metrics, logs, and traces.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI/ML platforms, inference services, or GPU-backed workloads.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Experience with browser automation and testing frameworks such as Playwright.
• Knowledge of emerging agentic engineering workflows and AI-native software delivery.
• Experience mentoring other engineers and raising reliability standards.
