What you will do

• Annotate and label large volumes of visual data including images, UI layouts, and graphics with high precision.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for aesthetic quality, composition, accessibility, and brand alignment.
• Develop visual scoring rubrics and structured evaluation frameworks to guide model improvement.
• Identify patterns, failure modes, and edge cases to enhance model performance.
• Translate nuanced design critique into structured, actionable feedback for ML engineers and research scientists.
• Use generative AI tools to prototype workflows and test hypotheses.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney to support team collaboration.
• Strong design fundamentals including composition, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual excellence across graphic design, product design, or UI/UX.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and understanding of how training data influences model behavior.
• Ability to evaluate visual outputs with precision and articulate structured feedback.
• Experience working in documentation-heavy, cross-functional environments.
