What you will do
- Receive and troubleshoot returned Razer products to validate RMA requests.
- Manage spare part inventory, including tracking, reconciliation, and fulfillment across the APAC region.
- Coordinate shipments and maintain accurate documentation for replacement parts and units.
- Compile operational reports on repair activities, inventory performance, and spare parts utilization.
- Support AI and automation initiatives through process mapping, data preparation, and system testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance repair center efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments under strict timelines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, including AI-powered tools.
