What you will do

• Develop insurance policy forms for new and revised coverages that convey underwriting intent and ensure market competitiveness.
• Identify and confirm compliance with applicable state regulations.
• Prepare documentation for product filings and State Department of Insurance requests.
• Assist, mentor, and coach other associates in the area of insurance form development.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align product goals.
• Participate in special projects as requested by the division.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in the development of insurance coverage forms (preferred).
• Ability to conceptualize and create insurance forms and endorsements.
• Ability to interpret state laws and regulations applicable to the insurance policy life cycle.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
