What you will do

• Ship end-to-end growth features including onboarding, referral, and market discovery flows.
• Build and maintain core growth surfaces such as leaderboards, referral code systems, and social share mechanics.
• Partner with marketing to translate GTM needs into clearly scoped and buildable engineering features.
• Implement event tracking and funnel analytics for all shipped features to measure impact.
• Run A/B experiments and apply statistical rigor to decide whether to iterate or scale features.
• Analyze product data to identify and resolve drop-off points in acquisition and activation funnels.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping production growth features like referrals, onboarding, or virality loops.
• Strong full-stack skills to build independently across both frontend and backend.
• Ability to work directly with GTM stakeholders and translate ambiguous requests into technical specs.
• Fluency in experimentation, including A/B testing and event instrumentation.
• Strong product instincts and the ability to identify friction in growth loops.
• Must be based in the NYC office.

• Experience at a crypto or Web3 product company.
