What you will do

• Own the end-to-end campus recruiting process, from school selection and event planning to offer and close.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for intern and new grad candidates across engineering, product, and business functions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with target universities, student organizations, and faculty.
• Plan and execute on-campus and virtual events, including info sessions, career fairs, and hackathons.
• Develop and iterate on the internship program, managing the process from onboarding through full-time conversion.
• Use data and insights to track pipeline updates and improve overall process efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically with a focus on university or campus hiring.
• Proven track record of building campus programs and closing high-quality early-career talent.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to represent the company authentically on campus.
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
• High level of organization to manage multiple schools, events, and pipelines simultaneously.
• Must be based in New York for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Experience working at a startup or high-growth tech company.
• Familiarity with Ashby or other modern ATS tools.
• Genuine interest in crypto, prediction markets, or fintech.
