What you will do

• Lead product strategy and vision to align with growth ambitions and create an outcome-driven roadmap.
• Drive end-to-end product development for core experiences including trading flows, onboarding, discovery, and growth surfaces.
• Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of fast iteration and rigorous thinking.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and leadership to ship best-in-class products and connect strategy to execution.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative research to develop deep insights into the behavior of traders and newcomers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product experience, with significant leadership in early-stage or high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of building exceptional consumer or fintech products at fast-moving companies.
• Technical proficiency to collaborate deeply with engineers and effectively manage scope.
• Experience scaling product functions and a strong ability to attract and mentor top talent.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York.

Nice to have

• Experience with finance, markets, trading products, crypto, or DeFi.
• Deep curiosity about prediction markets, incentives, and the future of truth.
