What you will do

• Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push) for Casino and Sportsbook verticals.
• Manage promotional calendars, including bonus campaigns, free bets, tournaments, and gamification.
• Build and maintain advanced customer segmentation based on behavioral and transactional data.
• Design and execute A/B tests to optimize engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Track and analyze key CRM KPIs such as GGR impact, retention, and ARPU to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product teams during new GEO launches and formulate requirements for CRM enhancements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience specifically within the iGaming industry (Casino and Sportsbook).
• Strong understanding of bonus mechanics, free bet logic, and player lifecycle funnels.
• Practical experience with CRM automation platforms like Optimove, Smartico, or Customer.io.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract insights from large datasets.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) required for international collaboration.
