What you will do

• Own the strategy and optimization of global blue-chip partnership portfolios spanning sports, media, and creators.
• Oversee strategic integrations and coordinate cross-functional teams for high-impact, on-brand activations.
• Build and own a performance framework to track ROI across awareness, acquisition, and engagement.
• Identify and unlock incremental value and sponsorship upgrades beyond contracted terms.
• Serve as the primary executive-level relationship owner for key global partners.
• Develop the distribution strategy and infrastructure to maximize reach for partner activations across all channels.

Requirements

• Proven track record managing and maximizing blue-chip partnership portfolios at scale.
• Existing executive-level relationships across sports, media, and entertainment.
• Strong operational rigor to manage complex, multi-partner portfolios.
• Experience developing creative concepts that transform partnership rights into culturally resonant moments.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with shifting roadmaps.

• Experience at a platform, agency, media company, or league.
