What you will do

• Own the technical onboarding process for institutional clients integrating with REST and WebSocket APIs.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners, triaging issues and coordinating with engineering.
• Develop and maintain integration guides, code samples, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate client feedback into platform improvements.
• Support the sales team during technical due diligence and client calls.
• Monitor API health and usage patterns to proactively identify and resolve integration bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a technical client-facing role such as solutions engineering or developer relations.
• Hands-on experience with exchange or trading APIs including REST, WebSocket, or FIX.
• Proficiency in reading and writing code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of electronic trading mechanics, including order types and market data feeds.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York.

Nice to have

• Experience at a crypto exchange, DeFi protocol, or on-chain trading venue.
• Familiarity with prediction markets or event-driven financial products.
• Background in quantitative finance or financial data infrastructure.
