What you will do

• Own and evolve Mission Control, the core engine driving markets, content, and growth.
• Design and implement automation pipelines for market research, deployment, and management.
• Ship features from concept to production with direct impact on business operations.
• Develop and maintain operational systems, including APIs, dashboards, and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams to gather feedback and iterate on internal tools.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Solid experience building full-stack web applications.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS.
• Proven experience with React and Node.js.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate team needs into technical solutions.
• Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in embedded or field engineering roles.
• Background in workflow automation or deployment pipelines.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or data-heavy applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
