What you will do

• Design and maintain infrastructure to standardize software development, versioning, testing, and deployment.
• Architect scalable systems across the DeFi trading stack, balancing risk, performance, and cost.
• Support real-time APIs, low-latency data feeds, and core exchange systems.
• Build robust tooling for automated testing across unit, integration, and API levels.
• Own critical infrastructure to minimize downtime and reduce the risk of failure in trading-critical systems.
• Collaborate with the DeFi team to optimize deployment and operational performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience delivering production-grade systems.
• Deep familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, Docker, and GitHub Workflows.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, S3, Lambda, and AWS networking.
• Specialized expertise in either networking (complex diagnosis) or security (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).
• Proven history of improving engineering workflows through new tools and processes.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by 401k and location).

Nice to have

• Experience building deployment systems across Kubernetes, RDS, IAM policies, and VPC peering.
• Experience working with trading systems, exchange infrastructure, or DeFi protocols.
