Location: San Francisco, CA • New York, NY • United States (US hubs or remote within the United States)
Salary: $169,000 - $303,000 USD (annual base)

What you will do
- Define and deliver the long-term strategy for Figma’s future CMS in partnership with product, design, and engineering leadership.
- Align the CMS team around solutions to complex infrastructure-related product requirements.
- Extend Figma’s ecosystem to natively manage content, assets, and components for digital products in production.
- Connect dynamic content to existing Figma product surfaces in collaboration with the core Editor team.
- Advance open source–oriented engineering workflows by delivering tools that fit engineering teams’ needs.
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and communicate the value of foundational improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager (or equivalent).
- 2+ years of experience in the content or digital asset management space.
- Experience leading significant strategic initiatives on highly complex, ambiguous, and scaled products.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills across technical and UX-related disciplines.
- Must be able to work from a US hub or remotely within the United States.
