Location: Must be based in London, UK (in-office minimum three days a week).

What you will do

• Build creative strategies and campaign concepts that help EMEA-based advertisers show up authentically on the platform.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams on pitches, RFPs, presentations, and client storytelling.
• Act as a creative consultant and platform expert for Finance-focused clients and external partners.
• Develop strategic narratives and Reddit-native ideas that drive measurable business impact.
• Educate internal sales teams and external partners on creative best practices.
• Collaborate with senior strategists across major accounts to support day-to-day creative strategy needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative, strategy, media, or social roles.
• Strong understanding of how creative, media, and brand teams collaborate.
• Proven ability to manage multiple briefs and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience developing strategic narratives, creative frameworks, and pitch materials.
• Proficiency in Google Slides or Keynote.
• Must be based in London, UK with the ability to work in-office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Agency or in-house creative strategy experience.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience.
