What you will do

• Conduct inbound and outbound call campaigns to educate prospective and current members about products.
• Assess healthcare needs through active listening and empathy to convert prospects into customers.
• Assist members in evaluating coverage and identifying gaps to make appropriate plan changes.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas while maintaining high quality and productivity standards.
• Support the Member Service Guide team post-AEP, focusing on member engagement and retention.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid state health insurance license (or ability to obtain one before start date).
• Native-level or professional fluency in Spanish and English (must pass assessment).
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by business needs.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and Medicare compliance.

Nice to have

• 3 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or teleservice.
