What you will do

• Monitor turnover, costs, profit, and conversion against targets and automate routine reporting.
• Establish and maintain margin governance, including margin floors and pre-launch profitability checklists.
• Investigate root causes when financial metrics drift from set targets.
• Act as the primary synchronization point for cost-side data and data quality across teams.
• Assess the impact of pricing and cost decisions on product profitability.
• Test and evaluate new hypotheses related to unit economics and channel performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Finance, or related roles in fintech, consulting, or audit.
• Fluent professional English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools for independent data analysis.
• Solid understanding of unit economics, margin drivers, and cost structures.
• Sharp, structured logic with the ability to break down ambiguous problems.
• Experience in transactional businesses (e.g., payments) or the crypto industry is a strong advantage.
