What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between business users, Procurement, and Global EBS P2P operations for all S2P inquiries.
• Manage supplier registration processes using Ariba and DMR/SLP systems.
• Onboard third-party vendors and maintain strong operational relationships to ensure compliance.
• Enforce governance frameworks and guide stakeholders on purchasing policies and approved buying channels.
• Identify and implement process enhancements within the P2P cycle to reduce manual effort and minimize errors.
• Support Procurement, VMD, and EBS P2P during S2P-related audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in P2P, Procurement, or Accounts Payable.
• Solid end-to-end knowledge of Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Vendor Master Data processes.
• English: C1 (fluent) written and spoken required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from diverse sources.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in additional European languages (Italian, German, French, or Spanish).
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.
