What you will do

• Lead deep-dive investigations into map quality issues to identify organizational and workflow vulnerabilities.
• Act as a technical bridge between Engineering/Product and Operations teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring clear next steps and aligned deadlines.
• Analyze data trends to support assertions and develop heuristics for complex operational challenges.
• Translate complex technical logic into clear, executable guidance for mapping operators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in organizing large datasets and creating structured models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill technical logic for non-technical audiences.
• Proven history of making pragmatic decisions in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience writing SQL queries for data retrieval.
• Familiarity with mapping concepts, spatial data, or map editing tools.
• Experience in vendor management and creating guidelines for contingent teams.
