TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland

Salary: €80,000–€110,000 EUR

What you will do

  • Conduct thorough investigations into sensitive workplace concerns and EEO matters.
  • Provide guidance to People Business Partners and leadership on performance management and position eliminations.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Document investigative efforts and maintain accurate records in case management systems.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to promote equity and accountability.
  • Develop and deploy training initiatives related to employee relations and compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in employee relations, employment law, or HRBP roles.
  • Solid understanding of local labor and employment laws in Ireland.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting sensitive investigations and managing complex performance issues.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and professional judgment.
  • Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree or law degree with specialization in employment investigations.
  • Experience supporting international employees and conducting cross-border investigations.
