Salary: 45,000–60,000 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Define product direction and strategy for Asana’s agentic software development lifecycle product.
• Conceptualize, launch, and iterate on workflows that feel fast, minimal, and “obviously right”.
• Turn customer insights into a focused roadmap and measurable business impact.
• Partner with design, research, and engineering to model data relationships and deliver end-to-end UX flows.
• Negotiate with partner teams and balance multiple priorities, use cases, and enterprise compliance needs.
• Set concrete goals and milestones with a data-driven mindset.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building in environments with complex data models and human-centric UX.
• B2B SaaS product management experience.
• Strong systems thinking: comfortable modeling data relationships and collaborating on holistic UX flows.
• Ability to write sharp product specs and lead clear communication in deep technical discussions with engineers.
• Comfort with high-velocity shipping, strong opinions, and frequently saying “no”.
