What you will do

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the brand’s business and service goals.
• Manage financial performance, including budget development, revenue monitoring, and cost control.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the F&B leadership team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service and take corrective action based on satisfaction data.
• Manage material resources, equipment procurement, and inventory for all F&B outlets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in F&B, culinary, or event management, OR a 2-year degree with 4 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of business management, financial resource allocation, and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and build collaborative relationships within a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with executives, peers, and subordinates.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
