Starlink Enterprise Account Lead (Sales/Account Management): Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers in Latin America from contract signature through activation with an accent on account retention and revenue growth. Location: Hawthorne, CA. Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
Salary: $80,000 - $125,000

What you will do
- Own the customer interface from contract signature through onboarding and long-term retention for LATAM enterprise clients.
- Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring efficient acknowledgment and resolution of issues.
- Identify customer requirements and manage expectations to maintain and grow hardware and service revenue.
- Collect and champion customer feedback internally to steer programmatic and technical development.
- Drive revenue realization on assigned accounts, managing schedules and identifying potential risks.
- Implement process and system enhancements to improve cross-functional execution and scale the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of consulting or project management experience.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, green card, refugee, or asylee).
Nice to have
- Experience in Reseller, Maritime, Aviation, Mobile Backhaul, or Satellite Communications industries.
- Technical knowledge of Starlink or general telecommunications (satellites, ground networks, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight time and resource constraints.
- Strong empathy, active listening, and resiliency skills.
