What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate procurement commercial deals, including MSAs, order forms, SOWs, POs, and NDAs.
• Partner with engineering, finance, and operations teams to align contracts with business needs.
• Create scalable and efficient processes for contracting.
• Support compliance processes and provide general legal support within the department.

Requirements

• 4+ years of legal experience, ideally at innovative tech companies or top law firms.
• Expertise in commercial contracting for software, hardware, data, or AI-related infrastructure.
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.
• Must be based in or work on-site in Austin, TX.
