Salary: $140,000 - $215,000 per year

What you will do

• Research, design, and prototype generative AI solutions to enhance AI Detection and Response capabilities.
• Create and maintain high-quality datasets, labeling workflows, and data collection pipelines for deep learning models.
• Conduct experiments to advance the capabilities of existing AI models.
• Architect scalable prototypes and provide detailed design and architecture documentation.
• Write technical white papers and speak at internal and external conferences.
• Implement model-layer code with deep integration of CUDA, kernels, and PyTorch.

Requirements

• 6+ years of combined experience as an ML/AI researcher and practitioner.
• 3+ years of experience building/prototyping Generative AI features, including training and fine-tuning deep learning models.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Deep understanding of LLM concepts: RAG, AI Workflows, Agentic AI, and AI Agent Frameworks.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Sunnyvale, CA, USA.

Nice to have

• Previous experience within security companies or working on security products.
• Deep understanding of the AI Security landscape (securing AI applications).
• Experience with AWS.
