Salary: $162,800 – $303,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Air Power business portfolio to expand the company's position in the Air Force market space.
• Strengthen client engagements and represent the brand at industry forums, events, and symposiums.
• Track Air Force requirements and provide market intelligence on strategy and budgeting.
• Provide executive leadership to managers supporting Aerospace, Global Defense, and National Security agendas.
• Oversee overall business operations, growth strategy, and technical delivery across the portfolio.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading Air Force operational missions, R&D, acquisition, or test functions.
• 5+ years of executive leadership overseeing Aviation systems or services programs.
• Experience with AI, Electronic Warfare, Hypersonics, Digital Engineering, and Advanced Data Analytics.
• Top Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be based in the USA.

• Master's degree.
• Established professional relationships in the Washington Metro Area.
• Experience with HQ Air Force, Major Commands, and Combatant Commands.
