What you will do

• Lead Virtual Product Development (VPD) and simulation analysis using proprietary models and Simulink co-simulation to optimize machine performance.
• Analyze integrated machine models covering earth-tool interaction, hydraulics, cooling, powertrain, and fuel efficiency.
• Develop and tune advanced controls features to reduce operating costs and maximize machine uptime.
• Perform on-site controls tuning and validation at proving grounds and customer sites.
• Define and maintain system requirements across engine, electronics, hydraulics, software, and powertrain subsystems.
• Investigate and resolve complex customer performance issues using diagnostic tools and simulation-based root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Ability to break down complex performance and controls issues into system-level components using simulation and diagnostic tools.
• Experience validating assumptions with simulation and field data to select optimal technical solutions.
• Capability to design and execute effective test plans with strong simulation-to-test correlation.
• Proficiency in diagnosing multi-system issues using CAN data, calibration tools, and structured troubleshooting.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not provided.
