Location: 100% onsite in Bastrop, TX. Relocation will be required if not already local to the area.

What you will do

• Assess internal applicants against job requirements and determine suitability for roles.
• Develop accurate job postings and descriptions that reflect the needs of the business.
• Identify alternative internal opportunities for candidates based on their skills and qualifications.
• Lead interview debriefs and counsel hiring managers to guide the best hiring decisions.
• Own the full relationship with internal candidates, including the constructive delivery of feedback.
• Create and implement new processes to bridge gaps between recruiting and HR.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of professional experience in operations, recruiting, or human resources.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee to conform to ITAR regulations.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, recruiting coordinator, or sourcer.
• Experience with Greenhouse (ATS) or Jira project management software.
• Experience communicating and interfacing with mid-to-executive level leadership.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
