What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of operations engineers and analysts focused on physical infrastructure optimization.
• Define and own department-level operational standards, JIRA workflows, and PowerBI dashboards.
• Champion continuous improvement projects, including lean and six sigma initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth analyses using SQL and Python to uncover trends and mitigate business risks.
• Partner with site directors and construction teams to implement scalable solutions and improve facility reliability.
• Standardize procurement processes and material libraries to support rapid scaling across sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or facilities management.
• Proven track record of leadership and managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, and JIRA.
• Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel domestically on short notice.

Nice to have

• Experience in data centers, hyperscale infrastructure, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, BMS/SCADA, or ERP systems.
• Certification or deep experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with CAD, ArcGIS, or Archibus.
