What you will do

• Administer methadone per Medical Director/Clinic Physician orders and ensure medication accountability.
• Assess new and current patients for treatment appropriateness and observe patients after administration.
• Collect urine specimens, file contract urines, and record results.
• Maintain medical supply inventories and reconcile medication inventory; report medication discrepancies.
• Receive medication shipments according to DEA and company procedures; coordinate dose packages.
• Support treatment center operations: train new nurses, participate in treatment team meetings, and help implement improvements.

Requirements

• Licensed as LPN/LVN or RN in the state of employment.
• CPR and First Aid certified.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of dosing equipment and basic medical assessment tools (e.g., centrifuge, test strips, breathalyzers) and ability to monitor physicals and lab work.
• Accurate data entry skills and basic computing knowledge.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and react quickly.
