What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and design functional specifications for payment processing features.
• Coordinate end-to-end feature implementation by breaking down requirements into development tasks.
• Collaborate with external payment processors and service providers to ensure seamless integration.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and technical writers.
• Validate implemented features through acceptance testing and develop comprehensive test scenarios.
• Support maintenance activities by handling support requests and verifying bug fixes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in system analysis and writing functional specifications.
• 3+ years of experience in payment processing and third-party integrations.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Fluent English with strong experience writing functional documentation.
• Experience in acceptance testing and test scenario creation.
