What you will do

• Develop and execute internal communication plans and assets for the intranet, mobile app, email, and digital signage.
• Consult with business partners to determine and address specific communication needs.
• Implement multi-channel messaging strategies and global executive communications to keep associates engaged.
• Utilize corporate storytelling to increase awareness and optimism among employees.
• Partner with the broader internal comms team to plan and execute global leadership meetings.
• Review and proofread all messaging to ensure grammatical accuracy and alignment with brand voice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, business administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate, employee, or marketing communications.
• Strong writing, proofing, and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience in graphic design and digital platforms.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Co-pilot or ChatGPT.
• Experience with Unily Intranet, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
