What you will do

• Hire, train, and lead a high-performance team of onboarding executives and managers.
• Design and implement automated workflows using AI and CRM tools to streamline lead pre-qualification.
• Own end-to-end funnel metrics, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to improve activation speed and quality.
• Define and track success metrics including daily activity, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
• Document SOPs and playbooks to ensure operational scalability and consistency.
• Act as the primary bridge between Sales, Risk, Legal, Product, and Tech departments.

• Proven experience in team leadership and sales management within a high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive performance based on data-backed insights.
• Experience in process design, SOP documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
