What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end global payroll operations with a focus on North America.
  • Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Oversee SOX controls, audits, and payroll-related financial processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance and People teams to resolve complex payroll matters.
  • Drive continuous improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and scalability.
  • Support employee benefits administration and labor cost reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll operations in the US.
  • Deep knowledge of US payroll regulations and tax compliance.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and SOX controls.
  • Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth fintech or international organizations.
  • Familiarity with payroll automation tools.
  • Experience supporting internal and external audits.
  • Background in finance, accounting, or HR operations.
  • Experience managing global or European payroll.
