What you will do

• Lead the Internal IT Department, covering Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Security, IAM, and FinOps.
• Define and execute company-wide infrastructure strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with the CIO.
• Manage staffing, career guidance, and performance reviews for the department.
• Coordinate with C-level executives to eliminate DevOps silos and align resource allocation.
• Implement and govern AI technology and agentic workflows for engineering and non-engineering teams.
• Lead hiring efforts, including sourcing and evaluating top technical talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a management role leading IT, infrastructure, or platform engineering teams.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and DevOps/SRE practices.
• Experience with infrastructure security, IAM, and FinOps disciplines.
• Ability to translate compliance requirements (SOC2, ISO 27001) into operational controls.
• Experience operating in a fully remote, async-first, globally distributed environment.
• Proficiency in communicating complex technical topics to C-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience within the blockchain, Web3, or crypto ecosystem.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud and hybrid architectures (AWS, OVH) at scale.
• Experience with self-hosted identity providers and sovereign infrastructure.
• Background in productizing internal PaaS/IaaS offerings.
• Track record of building AI/ML and agent infrastructure.
