What you will do

• Lead treasury operations across U.S. and international markets, ensuring robust cash and risk management practices.
• Develop funding plans and optimize capital allocation to meet operational and strategic liquidity goals.
• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation, including involvement in quarterly and annual SEC filings.
• Partner with Capital Markets, Engineering, and Product teams on treasury-related reporting and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement hedging strategies, treasury controls, and bank connectivity tools.
• Provide analytical reporting and guidance to senior management, risk committees, and the Board regarding regulatory and market impacts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 15+ years in financial services with significant treasury experience (20+ years total professional experience).
• Deep knowledge of structured finance products and consumer lending markets.
• Proven experience executing corporate unsecured financing transactions.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and familiarity with treasury management systems.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
